1. Overview

Stayvio is a cloud-based Property Management System developed and operated by Axyvio Ltd. The platform provides software tools for managing reservations, guests, rooms, payments and other operations related to the management of accommodation properties.

2. License to Use

Stayvio grants the client a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of managing their accommodation properties and in accordance with these terms.

The client may not copy, modify, distribute, resell or reverse engineer the platform or any part of it.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and access credentials

• Unauthorized access or suspected account compromise must be reported immediately

• Accounts are intended to be used only by authorized individuals within the client’s organization

4. Subscription and Payments

• Stayvio requires an active paid subscription

• Upon payment of a subscription, the corresponding features are activated according to the selected plan

• Unpaid or overdue fees may result in temporary restriction or suspension of access to the service

5. Client Data

All data entered into Stayvio by the client or their users remains the property of the client. Stayvio processes this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service, in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection policies.

6. Changes to the Service

Stayvio may periodically improve, modify or update platform functionalities in order to enhance the service, security or performance. Such changes may include new features, interface adjustments or technical improvements.

7. Service Termination

The client may stop using the service at any time. Stayvio reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the service in case of material breach of these terms or failure to pay applicable fees.

After termination of the service, the client may request an export of their data within a reasonable period of time, after which Stayvio may delete or anonymize the stored information in accordance with applicable data retention policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axyvio Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

Stayvio may periodically update these Terms of Service. In case of significant changes, users will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after the updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable legislation of the European Union.
